WHY IT MATTERS
Define the desired cards and finish first. The two drops are separately offered, while the three larger packages add one identical core bundle and different combinations of drop editions.
Two drops, nine specific cards
Wizards’ October 13 announcement introduces Strange School and Duality Distorted alongside the Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle. Each individual drop is also to be offered separately through the Chaos Vault. That distinction lets an artwork collection begin with the desired cards rather than assuming the largest package is necessary.
Strange School contains Attrition, Bitter Ordeal, Ophiomancer, Sign in Blood and Soul Spike, with black-and-white manga artwork. Duality Distorted contains Thoughtseize, Desperate Ritual, Pyroblast and Tribute to the World Tree in retro frames. Record the exact card and chosen finish; the underlying game-piece name alone does not identify this treatment.
Price the two-drop goal on its own
Each drop is announced at US$29.99 nonfoil or US$39.99 foil. One of each therefore totals US$59.98 nonfoil or US$79.98 foil in announced product prices. These are calculations for the complete five-card and four-card drops, not valuations of individual cards, and exclude additional charges.
If those nine cards are the collection goal, compare the separate-drop route before expanding the project. Decide whether the other product’s contents serve a second goal rather than assigning them an assumed resale credit. A package price does not establish future proceeds.
The three larger packages contain different editions
The announced Non-Foil Edition Bundle Bundle costs US$159.98 and includes one Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle plus one nonfoil edition of each new drop. The Foil Edition costs US$179.98 with one core bundle and one foil edition of each drop.
The US$234.99 Everything Edition includes one core bundle, both nonfoil drops and both foil drops. Wizards expressly says the core Reality Fracture Secret Lair Bundle is the same across all three versions. The larger edition adds both finishes of the two drops; it should not be read as multiple core bundles.
That component list is the comparison to save. This report does not infer an allocation or market value for the core bundle from the price differences, and does not invent its full contents where this announcement does not enumerate them.
Soon is not a confirmed launch date
The announcement says the offers launch in the Chaos Vault soon and invites readers to sign up for notification. It supplies no exact launch day or hour. Check the actual product and checkout terms when the offers appear before treating the announcement as proof of current stock.
No order, stock level, regional price, delivery quote or checkout was tested for this report. Keep your two-drop plan visible while reviewing later offers: an edition mismatch can change the intended artwork collection even if the card names look familiar.
