Upper Deck’s Tomb Raider plan separates a spring card set from a print-later e-Pack promo

Power Up Tomb Raider is planned for spring 2027. A separate $6.99 anniversary promo is described as digital first, with printing and shipping later; neither the price nor an account image establishes a card ready for dispatch.

WHY IT MATTERS

The spring 2027 set and the print-later e-Pack promo have different identities and timelines. Preserve the specific delivery wording and announced numbering without assuming current stock, physical readiness or pack odds.

Two collecting targets with different delivery milestones

Upper Deck’s announcement under its Crystal Dynamics licence names Power Up Tomb Raider as the first set and places it in spring 2027. It separately describes a 30th-anniversary Lara Croft promo through e-Pack. A collector can therefore make two distinct records: a planned future set, and a particular promotional card with its own offer and delivery process. Neither should silently stand in for the other.

The announcement’s body is datelined October 29, while Upper Deck’s news index labels it October 27. This report preserves that date discrepancy rather than presenting the material as a new October 31 launch. It also makes no current purchase or stock claim: the reported product details come from the manufacturer’s announcement, not a completed order.

The promo is described as digital first, printed later

The promo is advertised at $6.99 and through November 12 at 05:59 PST / 08:59 EST, equivalent to 13:59 UTC on that date. Those are morning times, not an evening cutoff. The announcement uses a dollar sign without an explicit currency code in the reviewed price sentence; this report preserves the quoted price rather than adding an unverified currency or total delivered cost.

Upper Deck says these cards will be offered digitally, then printed and made available for shipping at a later date. That sequence is the material qualification: seeing a card in an account is not evidence that its physical version is already printed, dispatchable or delivered. The announcement does not establish an account-specific shipment quote, eligibility decision or guaranteed arrival date for a particular buyer.

Upper Deck’s general buying guide describes e-Pack as an online pack-opening and trading platform with physical mailing options. That broad program description should not override this promo’s specific print-later wording. If assessing an offer, retain the exact promo identity, order record and any later printing/shipping notice as separate milestones. This report has not verified a printed collector number, language allocation or card condition from a physical copy.

Power Up’s announced numbering is a different checklist

The future base set spans the franchise’s Classic, Legend and Survivor eras, with a separate design scheme for each. Announced parallels are Legendary numbered to 25, Mythic to 10 and Ultra Rare 1-of-1. Keep Legend, the era label, distinct from Legendary, the named parallel; a similar word is not an exact printing match.

The announcement also describes Megawatt Masters die-cut inserts, sketch cards and Shock and Awe: 25 metallic cards described as 1-of-1. That is not a statement that every metallic card has 25 copies, nor a pull probability or a box guarantee. The full checklist and pack configuration still need their own evidence before a collector can define every target or calculate a completion plan.

For now, record the set’s spring 2027 window separately from the promo’s November cutoff. Later manufacturer checklists, product configurations and delivery notices may answer different questions; an earlier anniversary promo does not prove the future set is already shipping. None of these announced numbering limits establishes popularity, a resale price or a return from opening packs.
