Official October 27, 2026 text checked the same day. Item subtotal is an illustrative calculation from the five announced foil prices, not a verified qualifying-spend determination. No physical image, printed collector number, stock, regional eligibility, transaction or fulfillment was verified; no artwork is republished.
WHY IT MATTERS
Count each drop’s fixed physical copies and record Reversible or renamed presentation separately. The five foil prices total US$199.95 before any other calculation; bonus eligibility and stock require the actual terms, and a cart does not reserve the cards.

Five announced drops do not contain the same number of cards
Wizards’ October 27 Set Phasers to Superdrop announcement lists five Star Trek Secret Lair drops, each offered at US$29.99 nonfoil or US$39.99 foil. Their fixed contents differ: New Worlds lists ten basic lands, two of each of the five names; Beam Me Up lists four cards; tlhIngan maH lists five; KHAAAAAAAAN lists six; and Lower Decks lists five. That is thirty listed card copies across one of each of these five drops, not thirty distinct underlying card names.
A sixth drop is still to be revealed. The current five-drop list therefore is not a complete inventory or price for everything that may join the Superdrop. Start with the exact cards and finish you want before using a shared per-drop price as a comparison. These are fixed announced lists, not the contents of a random Star Trek booster.
Reversible does not double the listed card quantity
Every listed card in Beam Me Up and tlhIngan maH is marked Reversible. Keep that treatment alongside the one-copy entries: four reversible entries are not eight included cards, and five are not ten. The announcement’s treatment label alone does not establish that the cards have a particular mechanical double-faced-card function.
For a renamed presentation, record both identities rather than replacing one with the other. The announcement lists Weatherlight as S.S. Cerritos, California-Class in Lower Decks, for example. Use that underlying-name and display-name pairing when checking a listing; preserve the S.S. wording used in this announcement. This report has not inspected the physical cards or verified printed collector numbers.
The five foil prices and the bonus threshold are different totals
The announced bonus is one foil Return of the Wildspeaker presented as Transporter Boondoggle per US$199.99 spent, while supplies last. Buying one of each of the five announced foil drops at US$39.99 gives an item-price subtotal of US$199.95—four cents below that stated threshold. That arithmetic describes these five listed prices only; it does not establish how the final eligible-spend calculation treats taxes, shipping, territory or other terms.
Do not treat that subtotal as a promise of eligibility, an automatic refusal of the promo, or a reason to add an unwanted purchase. Read the actual offer’s qualifying-spend and supply terms before relying on a bonus. The announcement does not provide a print run or independent resale value for the promo, and the unrevealed sixth drop cannot yet be included in a complete purchase plan.
A queue position or cart is not a completed acquisition
The announced sale starts November 9 at 9 a.m. PT, with a pre-queue from 8 a.m. PT. Wizards says customers already in that pre-queue are assigned random positions when the sale starts; later arrivals enter in checkout order. It also explicitly says adding a product to a cart does not reserve it and products are secured only when checkout is complete.
Keep the scheduled launch, queue state, completed order and eventual delivery as separate records. This report does not verify regional eligibility, actual stock, a charge, checkout or fulfillment. The useful plan is the exact drop, finish and underlying cards wanted, plus the current terms that govern obtaining them—not a prediction of demand or a guarantee based on being early in line.
