WHY IT MATTERS
Keep the participation or winner designation alongside EB03-006, and separate the October application date from the November event period.
Event date: . This article’s publication date is shown separately above.
The award category belongs beside the card number
The official ONE PIECE CARD GAME site announced Heroines Battle Vol.2 on October 9. Its prize list names EB03-006 Nami twice: once for participation and once for the winner, with a separate card image for each award. For a collector, the useful identification detail is therefore the award category as well as the shared number. EB03-006 by itself does not specify which event version a listing is offering.
Keep participation or winner beside the card number in a wishlist or collection record. When inspecting an offer, compare its front-and-back images with the corresponding official prize image. The announcement does not establish a print run, a resale value or the physical foil finish, so those details should not be filled in from the shared code or the word winner.
Three dates describe different steps
The event period is November 6 through December 6, 2026. Player applications open October 23 onwards through Bandai TCG+. October 9 is the announcement date, not the day the awards become available to participants. Stores hold their own events within the stated period; it is not one tournament occurring simultaneously everywhere.
The page appears on the English site serving North America, Europe, Oceania, Latin America and the Middle Eastern region. It directs players to find a local store in TCG+ and confirm registration with that store, because stores manage applications differently. A Bandai Namco ID is required to register on TCG+. An application opening date alone does not confirm a seat, a local event or an available tournament kit.
A Heroines deck still needs an eligible Leader
Bandai describes the event as a tournament limited to Heroines Leader cards and publishes an exact permitted list. Examples include OP05-002 Belo Betty, OP06-022 Yamato, OP11-041 Nami, EB05-010 Nico Robin and P-117 Nami. These are selected examples, not the complete list. The page permits alternate-art versions of the listed Leaders.
Check the identifier of the Leader you intend to use against that full list before arranging attendance. A familiar character name or another card featuring the same character does not establish eligibility. In particular, the EB03-006 Nami award and a permitted Nami Leader are different checklist entries with different roles; do not choose an event deck from the prize name alone.
Confirm the event route before assuming the award
Stores must apply through TCG+ to receive tournament kits, while players are encouraged to apply through the same service and contact the store about participation. The event page also warns that prizes may change. It does not publish a universal stock count or promise that every interested collector can receive both Nami versions.
The practical next step is to identify the version you want, confirm the store’s event and registration arrangements, and read the applicable tournament rules. The participation and winner routes should stay distinct in your collecting record. No event entry, prize allocation or resale transaction was independently tested for this report.
