Updated October 10, 2026 to remove an outdated still-open deadline framing. Primary notice remains dated October 1; no cutoff hour, extension, late-request refusal or individual cancellation outcome was verified.

WHY IT MATTERS

Treat October 9 as the notice’s elapsed cancellation date, and keep the December reorder’s later fulfillment estimate separate.

Event date: . This article’s publication date is shown separately above.

The stated cancellation date is now historical

Wizards’ October 1 update offered existing Secret Lair x MSCHF: The Zeta Set preorder customers a cancellation request through its support form by October 9, 2026. That calendar date has now passed. The notice does not supply an exact cutoff hour, announce an extension or establish how support will treat a later request. Buyers keeping an order need take no action; anyone who believes they completed checkout but lacks confirmation is directed to contact support.

Keep your confirmation, store region, payment record and any cancellation ticket together. A submitted request and a completed cancellation remain separate steps. This report cannot confirm the status of an individual order or whether a late request will be accepted.

Separate the two shipping schedules

Existing orders are estimated to start shipping November 5 from the North America store and December 8 in Europe and the UK. A new, single 24-hour order window is scheduled for December 9. Wizards says all orders placed in that window will be fulfilled, with shipping estimated to begin in the second half of 2027.

For collection planning, write down which order group an offer belongs to. A preorder that is due to ship months later cannot meet the same goal as a card you want for an upcoming deck or gift. Treat an estimated shipping start as the beginning of fulfillment, rather than a promised delivery date.

Choose the collecting goal before the buying route

A sealed-product project and a checklist of individual cards create different decisions. Set the scope first: whether the object you want is the unopened product, a particular illustration or a playable card. Then compare the complete offer, including delivery timing and the seller’s stated conditions.

Keep the existing order separate from any later purchase decision. The announced reorder gives collectors another planned route; it does not establish a resale price or a market-wide change in demand.
