The show is the handover point
CGC’s October 9 notice says its representatives will accept TCG, sports-card and non-sports-card submissions at the Dubai International Card Show on October 23–24, 2026, at Sound Stage 3 in Dubai Studio City. It also accepts comics, but this report focuses on the card route.
The important distinction is what happens after drop-off: CGC says all submissions will be transported to its headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. The announcement therefore does not offer completed card grading at the Dubai booth or a same-day return. Plan the handover separately from the later return of a graded card.
Prepare the order and paperwork together
CGC directs submitters to create an account using its linked UAE service site, open the online card-submission form, choose Mail-In or Show Drop-Off, and print the packing slips. The notice says a free account is sufficient to submit; paid memberships have separate benefits. That account statement does not mean the grading work is free.
The cards must be arranged in the order shown on the packing slip, and both copies of that slip must accompany them to the drop-off. Before traveling, compare the physical card sequence with the form, retaining each exact issue and service selection together. An accurately identified card in the wrong paperwork row can still make the handover harder to process.
CGC describes an Express Drop-off sign for finalizing the submission and says booth tablets will be available for account and submission use. That equipment is a preparation option, not a promise of immediate grading or a shortened service turnaround.
Check the service quote before transferring custody
The notice links current UAE card-service fees rather than giving one universal show price. Verify the service, declared value, return arrangements and complete quote for your own submission before handing over the cards. A show drop-off address does not settle the cost or destination of the later shipment.
Keep your submission records and the handover confirmation together, then follow the operator’s status process. The announcement does not publish a card-by-card completion date or guarantee that a particular submission will receive the grade you hope for.
