OUR VERDICT
Stadium publishes unusually decision-relevant explanations of its deadline and wallet flow. The three-day conversion still limits control, and some withdrawal costs are account-specific. These are material parts of the product, even when its reveal experience suits the collector.
Where it stands out
- Exact retention deadline published.
- Wallet guarantee and bank withdrawal distinguished.
Details to weigh up
- Regional homepage block does not establish a worldwide closure.
- Full purchase and shipment geography needs current confirmation.
A card app with a short decision window
Stadium Vault is published by Stadium Live Inc. Its official app describes physical Pokémon, sports and One Piece cards, with graded and raw outcomes depending on the pack. Our website request returned a regional Not Available page; that does not establish a worldwide closure. App availability and transaction eligibility are separate checks.
The central buying question is whether you can decide promptly after the reveal. Stadium's FAQ describes temporary inventory, rather than unrestricted long-term storage. It is a more natural fit for a collector planning immediate shipping or sellback than for someone wanting to leave every hit in an account for months.
A slab and a raw card require different inspections
The app says some packs contain professionally graded cards and others authentic ungraded cards. Check which category is promised for the pack itself. A PSA example in the marketing does not give an ungraded pull an independent numerical grade, and a valuable player or character is not enough to identify the exact printing.
Before opening, record the actual card pool, grade requirements and current rarity probabilities. If raw condition matters, establish what photographs or description will be available when making the shipping decision. A collector wanting a particular slab should compare a direct single rather than pricing every possible pull as that target.
The three-day automatic sale
Official help specifies three days to request shipment. If that period expires, the card is automatically sold at the original offer of 90% of fair market value and the amount enters the Stadium Vault wallet. The consequence is losing the card, not simply losing a temporary promotional price.
Set aside time to inspect the pull and delivery cost immediately. For a card you want to keep, complete the required shipping request before the shown deadline and retain its confirmation. If you need days to research a printing or obtain funds for delivery, that delay should influence the platform choice before purchase.
Turning the percentage into a decision
The ordinary 90% offer is based on the card's value, not what the pack cost. An illustrative card valued at $80 produces a $72 gross sellback offer under that percentage. Whether the pack cost $25 or $100 is a separate number, and the eventual outside payment can still be affected by withdrawal conditions.
Compare the operator's estimate with the same variant and grade in recent completed transactions. A rarity label or famous Pokémon can hide meaningful differences in printing. The quickest offer may be convenient, but convenience and favorable purchase economics are different questions. Keep the original quote if you intend to assess what happened later.
Wallet withdrawal and delivery budgeting
The FAQ restricts withdrawals to eligible US and Canadian users and requires Coinflow setup, verification and an eligible destination. The account shows the withdrawable amount and applicable limits. We have not completed that process, so instant selling should not be read as a tested promise about bank arrival.
Shipping allows up to three eligible cards per request, with charges shown at checkout. Decide whether those three are cards you want rather than padding a parcel with unwanted items. Keep a reserve for delivery and consider the final cost per retained card. A displayed collection valuation does not pay the parcel invoice.
First-rip and friend-referral conditions
Stadium's first-rip guarantee applies only to an eligible paid pack identified before checkout. If its ordinary sellback falls below the qualifying pack price, the offer is increased; accepting credits the wallet, not automatically the original bank card. Treat this as a conditional offer that requires the stated action.
Friend codes are entered in the iOS app before or within twenty-four hours of the first purchase, with one eligible code and a ten-person referral limit. The docs say there is no official Android app. This small friend program is not proof of permission to buy unlimited affiliate traffic or use an imitation Android listing.

Compare a longer-term holding model at Courtyard and the documented balance and fulfillment options at CardOutpost. Read the current pack and account screens before committing. Our assessment concerns disclosure and collector choice; warehouse inventory, parcel timing, support quality and completed payouts were not personally tested.
