OUR VERDICT
REVL gives a reader useful definitions of its floor, valuation and credit. Its fit depends on wanting the physical card or additional site purchases. The documentation score recognises those explanations while retaining limits for current pack detail and final delivery costs.
Where it stands out
- Card-plus-credit floor composition defined.
- Named eligible countries and region exclusions.
Details to weigh up
- Floor can include noncash credit, and cannot be presented as cash profit or card value alone.
- Welcome-credit physical claims are gated by actual-payment clearing conditions.
The floor includes more than the card
REVL's marketing presents mystery card reveals with a value floor. Its September 1 terms explain that the floor combines the assigned card's Verified Value and any Floor Credit. A $10 purchase therefore need not provide a physical card worth $10 by itself. That distinction is the starting point for evaluating the offer.
This format can suit someone who wants a surprise card and understands that part of the stated value may remain usable only on REVL. It is less direct for someone seeking a cash exit or a particular card. Price the desired single separately before deciding what to spend on the randomized experience.
Inspect the outcome rather than its multiplier
The public page shows a trading-card category and a maximum reveal. A multiplier describes a ceiling, not the ordinary outcome distribution. Inspect the current probabilities, exact cards and lowest outcomes before choosing a pack, and save the dated disclosure if you want a record of the purchase decision.
The reveal animation shows an assigned card; a visually impressive presentation does not establish market value. For a raw Pokémon card, check language, finish, set and condition. If the card is graded, confirm the grader and certificate. A different printing can make an outside price comparison misleading even when the character name matches.
What Verified Value is trying to measure
The terms describe a published valuation method based on recent sold comparables. That is a method the buyer can interrogate, not an independent appraisal by RippingPatrol. Confirm that the comparables are for the same item and condition, and separate that value from the actual price another buyer may offer.
For an illustrative floor, a card valued at $7 with $3 of Floor Credit totals $10 under the program's structure. The example does not mean the buyer receives $10 in a bank account or a $10 physical card. Shipping and the usefulness of the credit determine what the result means for the collector.
Sellback remains store credit
REVL describes exchanging cards for Store Credit. Its terms state that this credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The current quoted exchange rate still needs to be read before accepting; a card value and the amount credited are not necessarily the same number.
If the goal is another REVL purchase, credit can support that plan. If the goal is reducing spending outside the service, it does not accomplish that by itself. Set the total budget before opening and avoid calling a credit-funded second reveal money recovered from the first.
Claiming the physical card
The operator describes tracked delivery in two to three business days, an estimate that should be checked against the specific destination and dispatch process. Its terms allocate applicable taxes and shipping charges to the buyer. Confirm the total before treating the value floor as the cost of a card received at home.
Ask how an ungraded card's condition is documented and packaged. A sleeved card for a binder and a grading candidate are different goals. Keep photographs and exact item details with the shipping request, and do not assume that a raw-card description promises a top numerical grade.
Welcome Credit has an additional gate: it can fund openings and credit sellbacks, but cannot support shipping, physical claims or store goods until it clears in proportion to money actually paid at the disclosed account rate. Sellback proceeds and other promotional credit do not clear it. A free reveal should therefore not be presented as an immediately deliverable free card.
Eligibility and signup
The terms identify LUPOHMIGNS KFT as the operator. They offer the service to residents of the United States, Canada and United Kingdom, excluding restricted locations including Washington and Quebec. Users must be eighteen or older, with verification where required. This is a named geography policy rather than a worldwide availability claim.
The homepage links an app download route. We have not verified a current unconditional signup gift or public commercial affiliate agreement. Any offered credit should be assessed for its clearing and use conditions instead of being added to a cash-out claim. No account, purchase, claim or payout was tested.

The questions collectors ask
Can the floor include credit?
Yes. Card Verified Value plus Floor Credit can meet the pack-price floor.
Can that credit be withdrawn?
No. The published terms say Store Credit has no cash value and is not cash-redeemable.
Can an uncleared welcome-credit pull ship?
Physical claims remain restricted until Welcome Credit clears at the account’s disclosed rate in proportion to actual payments. Selling back for credit does not clear it.
Where does REVL state access is offered?
Its terms name adult residents of the US, Canada and UK, with exclusions including Washington and Quebec; product and verification conditions still apply.
