Review the card product separately
PICKEM's official app includes both card ripping and a social casino. The card description advertises Pokémon and sports packs, real PSA collectibles, a USD wallet and physical shipping. The casino description uses Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins. These are separate product claims and should not be merged into a card-purchase recommendation.
The public card terms currently create a material conflict with the app's cash-out language. They describe card sellback at 90% of fair market value in nonredeemable Gold Coins, while the app describes instant cash. This page is an unscored status review until the current card contract and usable payout route are reconciled.
Forty-five states is not an eligibility list
The app's card section says availability in forty-five US states and age eighteen or older. A count does not tell a reader whether their state is included. Its broader app introduction gives a different overall count. Check the current product-specific location rules rather than inferring eligibility from the casino or app-store listing.
Neither a public website nor a download confirms that physical delivery and cash features can be used in every location. We did not register or bypass location checks. Resolve the actual card account conditions before adding funds, particularly if the purchase depends on shipping the result.
The three-hour shipment clause matters
Current public terms specify a three-hour period for requesting physical card shipment and reserve discretion to refuse later requests. This is a much shorter collection decision than a general promise to keep a card might suggest. The same document qualifies physical title at carrier handover and permits substitution in specified circumstances.
A collector should obtain the exact card identity, delivery cost and applicable request period before purchasing. We will not describe an indefinite physical vault or unrestricted keep-and-ship choice while those contract conditions remain in place. A desirable image in the account is not enough to resolve the delivery right.
Coins are not evidence of cash recovered
The terms say Gold Coins have no cash value and are nonredeemable. That differs materially from the app's USD-wallet sale description. A percentage of card value cannot answer the contradiction; the proceeds unit determines whether a buyer can actually leave with money.
Until clarified, do not use a hypothetical sellback as a guarantee of repayment. A casino signup incentive is not a card-specific welcome bonus, and an app's first-sale promotion should not be presented as an unconditional cash refund. Record the actual agreement and offer before accepting either claim.
What would permit a full assessment
The next useful evidence is a consistent current card contract, named eligible states, exact custody and shipment conditions, and a complete card proceeds and withdrawal schedule. An official partnership contact exists, but a product-specific public affiliate agreement and paid-search permission were not confirmed.
PICKEM remains in coverage as an identified physical-card proposition with unresolved terms. Compare documented card-focused alternatives such as Courtyard and CardOutpost while resolving the gaps. No casino recommendation, personal purchase test or verified cash-out claim is made in this card status review.
The questions collectors ask
Does this review recommend casino activity?
No. It covers the identified physical-card product and its unresolved contract conditions.
What is the main payout conflict?
App descriptions advertise USD cash, while current card terms describe nonredeemable Gold Coin sellback.
Which shipment deadline needs clarification?
The public terms include a three-hour request rule that must be reconciled with the app’s broader keep/ship description.
Do the app’s 45-state claims establish my eligibility?
No. The listing gives a count, but a complete current card-specific state matrix was not verified. Card and casino access must be checked separately.
