The older terms identify a different company
The linked terms are dated September18,2025 and name Gacha Pull Inc., while the current site and app use IRL Studio. The terms also contain an unfinished governing-jurisdiction placeholder. This review records both versions without deciding that one legally overrides the other.
Before a purchase, establish the agreement presented by the current account and the party responsible for the card. A polished catalogue and a store listing are not a substitute for a consistent contractual identity. Buyback varies by pack and is not the pack price
The official odds and buyback page gives a range of85–95% of fair market value depending on pack type. The terms make the valuation and offers discretionary. The percentage is an offer on the resulting collectible, not a percentage of the opening cost returned to the buyer.
For comparison, inspect the actual offer denomination, expiry and withdrawal costs. We do not assume a bank payout from a card valuation or copy a universal duration from an outside review. US and Hong Kong inventories need separate shipments
The official redemption guide describes separate orders for the US and Hong Kong vaults. The US quote is calculated by destination, while the Hong Kong beta route requires a manual quote. Payment retires the NFT irreversibly. Customs arrangements depend on the delivery option selected.
The redemption page makes transit insurance optional, while the inventory page broadly describes insurance during shipping. Those descriptions should be reconciled for the exact parcel. A collector should confirm the insured amount, fulfilment source and import treatment before paying. Combining two cards in an account does not mean they can be sent in one box from different locations.
Raw substitutions and mystery placeholders are material
The inventory guide allows replacement of an unavailable raw card with another of the same value. Its mystery-card section describes redemption as a later update. A buyer pursuing one exact printing therefore should not treat every digital entry as a guaranteed delivery of that specific copy.
For set building, substitution can defeat the original purpose even when the operator assigns the same value. For grading, condition matters beyond a character name or rarity.
