Pokémon’s Japanese Hadou Seeker announcement separates five random cards from its battle examples

The Japanese official page schedules ハドウシーカー for November 27 at ¥200 including tax per five-card pack. Its illustrated play examples contain cards explicitly excluded from this expansion, so they are not a pack checklist.

WHY IT MATTERS

Record the Japanese product and five-card random configuration first. Use the official exclusions to keep demonstration cards out of the expansion checklist, and treat the scheduled release and suggested price as announcement details.

Keep the Japanese product title with the pack specification

The Japanese Pokémon Card Game site announced the MEGA expansion ハドウシーカー on October 23. We use Hadou Seeker as an editorial romanization of that Japanese title, rather than presenting it as an announced English set name. The product page schedules release for November 27, 2026, with a suggested retail price of ¥200 including tax and five randomly enclosed cards per pack.

Those are the specifications of this Japanese product announcement. They do not establish an English counterpart, an overseas retailer’s delivered price or a pack containing every featured Pokémon. Keep the Japanese title, language and exact product URL with a wishlist or order so a translated seller headline does not silently define a different edition.

The battle illustrations are not an included-card list

The page’s play examples come with explicit exclusions. The Mega Lucario Zex example says the expansion does not include basic Energy cards, ボスの指令 or ミツルの思いやり. Elsewhere, the Mega Absol Zex example also excludes basic Energy and names グロウ草エネルギー and 活力の森 as cards not included in this expansion. The Japanese names are retained so a collector can match the source without assuming an official English translation for each printing.

That distinction matters when turning a promotional image into a shopping list. An accompanying card may demonstrate a game interaction without being part of the advertised expansion. Build the expansion target list from the relevant card listing, and keep any outside support cards in a separately sourced deck-project list rather than counting them as missing pulls.

Use the date as a plan, then check the actual offer

November 27 is the announced release date on the product page, not proof of an open preorder or available stock. The ¥200 figure is the stated Japanese tax-inclusive suggested retail price, not a converted foreign-currency quote or a delivered total from another seller. No purchase or pack opening was tested for this report.

Before committing to an offer, match the language, pack quantity and actual seller terms to the collecting goal. A collector seeking one named printing can wait for its exact identification; someone seeking the Japanese pack-opening experience can plan from the published five-card configuration while keeping its random contents explicit.
