WHY IT MATTERS

Choose DP-13 for its stated sealed contents. Treat anniversary participation, winner P-161 and the store-decided Lucky Prize as separate acquisition routes, with the actual card treatment recorded.

Event date: . This article’s publication date is shown separately above.

A Double Pack supplies packs and one DON!! card

Bandai’s English product listing schedules Double Pack Set Vol.13, DP-13, for November 20, 2026 at a manufacturer’s suggested US-dollar price of $11.99. The listed contents are two The Dominance of God OP-18 booster packs and one DON!! card from two designs. The packaging can also be used as a card case.

The two-design statement is a choice within the product range, not two DON!! cards inside every Double Pack. Nor does the listing promise a particular character card from the boosters. For an exact target, record the DON!! artwork separately from the random OP-18 cards; the page does not give a probability for obtaining either DON!! design. MSRP is a reference price, not a checked shop offer or delivered cost.

Anniversary participation is a different acquisition record

Bandai separately announces a fourth-anniversary OP-18 release event period of November 20 through December 17. Its participation-prize list names a 4th Anniversary Tournament Pack, a P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy promo, a 4th Anniversary Leader Card and World United DON!! Cards. These are event items; the DP-13 contents list does not include that participation package.

The Tournament Pack is described as having 75 types in total. That is the size of its announced card pool, not a statement that a participant receives 75 cards or a full set. Keep the exact event-pack name in a checklist instead of merging it with an ordinary OP-18 booster. The notice does not establish an individual store’s supply, entry fee or complete distribution procedure.

P-161 has a distinct winner treatment and a Lucky Prize route

The winner listing specifies P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy with silver foil and a gold stamp. The separate participation listing also uses P-161, but does not describe it as the winner treatment. A shared card number should therefore not erase the prize category and finish description when comparing copies.

Bandai says one additional Winner Card is available as a Lucky Prize and that each store decides how to award it to one participant. That creates a second announced route to the winner-designated card, rather than making every participation promo the winner version. It does not supply a selection probability or promise a card for every attendee. Confirm the applicable store’s procedure before planning around that prize.

Confirm the store event before connecting it to a purchase

Player applications are scheduled from November 6 through TCG+, which requires a Bandai Namco ID. Bandai also says stores manage registration differently and directs players to confirm registration and participation with the local store. The announced window and product release date do not prove a particular tournament is already bookable or running.

For a purchase record, keep DP-13, the language and the two-pack/one-DON!! configuration together. For an event record, save the store, date, format, participation terms and exact prize category. Buying the Double Pack is not stated as an automatic event entry or entitlement to the anniversary promos. This comparison uses Bandai’s English regional notices; it does not transfer the same dates or prize terms to other language editions.
